Cowtown
Fort Worth, fondly known as "Cowtown", is the seat of Tarrant County, located in North Central Texas. It comprises the western part of the Dallas/Fort Worth Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CSMA), the area often referred to as the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
