TOUR PROPERTY
- I prepare a list of properties available with your criteria.
- You may want to consider purchasing a Mapsco.
- Drive past the properties that seem to interest you.
- Call me with your favorites and I'll schedule our tour.
- I continue to check the MLS daily for new properties.
OFFER AND NEGOTIATION
You find the dream home!
We go to my office and write an offer to purchase.
We wait for the seller's response.
You start considering home inspectors.
CONTRACT
If principals agree on price and terms, you go under
contract.
UNDERWRITING, LOAN APPROVAL, TITLE
The inspections are scheduled
We wait for final loan approval
Appraisal is ordered
Any repairs are bid and coordinated
Insurance companies are contacted
We prepare to close.
This process can take any where from 10 days to 45 days
CLOSING
The funds must be in the form of a cashier's check.
Bring your driver's license or picture i.d..
The title company needs to be aware early on if we are doing
mail-off closing or using a power of attorney.
